Vogue Mart Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your fit! We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence for a free replacement or full refund.
How to Start a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at bassham@boldcrate.store. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
