  • You will receive another notification via email when your order has officially shipped.

We proudly offer Global Delivery to our customers in Europe and North America. Shipping times and costs are estimated at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 7–15 business days to arrive after dispatch.

  • Shipping Costs: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and package weight.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to local customs clearance, extreme weather, or peak holiday seasons.

3. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

 

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Customs-Free Delivery)

  • No Hidden Fees: We proudly offer duty-paid shipping for all orders to European and North American regions.

  • All-Inclusive Pricing: All applicable customs duties, taxes, and VAT are fully covered by Vogue Mart. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay—you will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

5. Damaged or Missing Packages

If you received your order damaged, or if your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact our support team immediately at bassham@boldcrate.store. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include your Order ID for faster assistance.
